          The Germans mitigate the problem of disorganization in the administration and uniformed services. They mine the two bridges: Poniatowski and Kierbed¼. Numerous police and army patrols can be seen in the city.
          General Tadeusz Komorowski "Bór" takes the decision that the Uprising will initiate at 5 o'clock pm. In accordance with the organizational plan, Colonel Antoni Chru¶ciel "Monter" declares full mobilization within 12 hours.
