The Old Town is continuously being shelled by the enemy artillery fire.
The German troops launch a fierce attack on the ruins of the Royal Castle.

The troops under the command of "Leśnik" ("Forester") suffer heavy losses during the defense of the tram depot on Sierakowskiego Street.

In Śródmieście, the unit commanded by Captain "Hal" captures the police barracks on Ciepła Street, the corner of Grzybowska Street, which they lost the previous day, and seizes the warehouses of the "Pluton" company.

The Germans are trying to come to the rescue of their squad, cut off from the rest of the troops in the PASTa building on Zielna Street. Their attempts are repelled by the insurgents on Królewska Street.

The Germans carry out another reconnaissance attack on the premises of the University of Technology. The artillery fire on the "Golski" positions is intensifying.

In Mokotów, the B-3 company of the Home Army regiment "Baszta" ("Bastille"), the platoons of the Polish People's Army and the unit commanded by Cavalry Captain Andrzej Czajkowski "Garda" ("Guard") are defending the positions captured in Siedlce and Sadyba.

A missile fired by the heaviest German mortar "Karol Morser" (600 mm) falls on the building that houses the "Adria" nightclub on Moniuszki Street, penetrates a few floors, hits the basements, but does not explode. It is defused by the Home Army sappers. The material collected from the missile will be used by the Home Army to produce explosives.

The Home Army soldiers try to replenish their ammunition with the ammunition collected from the enemy, produce the ammo on their own or capture it from plane drops. However, sometimes they run out of weaponry and have nothing to defend themselves with.
