Fierce fights are taking place over a small section of Powiśle Czerniakowskie still controlled by the insurgents.
The partisans, encircled by the enemy, are still defending the area bounded by Ludna, Okrąg, Czerniakowska and Zagórna Streets. The last supplies of food and ammunition are distributed among the defenders.
The Germans, supported by planes, tanks and heavy weaponry, are trying to push the insurgents - the remnants of the "Radosław" and "Kryska" battalions - off the Vistula bank at all costs.
While taking the area of Czerniaków, the enemy eliminates all encountered men. They execute a few dozen heavily injured insurgents in the "Citroen" factory on Czerniakowska Street.

At night, Battalion I of the 9th Infantry Regiment of the 3rd Infantry Division gets across to Czerniaków - nearly 300 well-armed soldiers.

The Germans drive the insurgents from Sielce and the Dąbrowski Legions Fortress. The line of defense in Mokotów is now situated along Belwederska Street.

The stronghold in Mokotów called "Alkazar", located at the corner of Aleja Niepodległości and Odyńca Street, is heavily bombarded - its crew suffers heavy losses.

In Żoliborz the enemy captures a section of the coast stretching from Warsaw Citadel to Krasińskiego Street, effectively cutting the insurgents off from the Vistula River.
Having seized Marymont, the Germans now target Lower Żoliborz. The insurgents manage to keep their positions, destroying among others 5 enemy tanks.

The Architecture Building, a temporary seat of the staff of the 6th "Golski" Group, is bombed. 6 people die in the attack.

A heavy bomber "Liberator" from No. 31 Squadron RAF is shot down and crashes at the corner of Jagiellońska and Pożarowa Streets, claiming the lives of 8 airmen.
