Nine weeks of blood and glory
Warsaw Uprising of 1944 day by day.

          We are commencing the preparation of the chronological review of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. We will present the insurgents' fight against the overwhelming enemy forces on a day-to-day basis.
          The Uprising, which was to last just a few days, in reality spanned 63 days. The Warsaw inhabitants, left alone, fought heroically for the freedom of their city. They yielded to the enemy after 9 weeks of combat.
