On the church wall there are plaques:
- commemorating the Home Army soldiers of III Region Rembertów "Dęby" Rembertów of VII District "Obroża" Warszawa-Powiat;
- in memory of brigadier general Antoni Chruściel a.k.a. "Monter", the Warsaw Uprising commander; - in memory of brigadier general Karol Ziemski a.k.a. "Wachnowski", the commander of the Old Town defense during the Warsaw Uprising; - in memory of Major Franciszek M. Amałowicz MD a.k.a. "Tatar", the commander of the Home Army III Region "Dęby";
- in memory of second lieutenant Tadeusz Leśnikowski a.k.a. "Desant", the liaison chief of the Home Army III Region of VII District "Obroża"
