The memorial consisted of the main board and 21 plates commemorating the killed soldiers from Warsaw District of Polish Socialist Party (PPS) from Jaroslaw Dabrowski battalion. The insurgent fights in Żoliborz (Jolibord) started here before the "W-hour"('L-hour').
