1 Akademicka Street. The dormitory of Warsaw University of Technology (Politechnika Warszawska). Two plaques on the outer wall informing that between 1939-1944 it housed a battalion of German police- Schutzpolizei. It was also a transitional prison. During the Uprising it was witness to a number of war crimes against civilians. A plaque in the courtyard commemorates the place of these mass murders.
