Week VIII

          The fights in Czerniaków are ending. The insurgents and the Berling troops succumb to the crushing superiority of the enemy.
          The German attack on Mokotów, the next objective after Czerniaków, is intensifying.
          The 6th infantry regiment of the Polish People's Army lands in Żoliborz in Kępa Potocka, but the stronghold is destroyed by the Germans.
          The last airdrops from the Allies arrive in fighting Warsaw.
          The Warsaw Home Army Corps is formed under the command of Brigadier General Antoni Chru¶ciel "Monter".
