12 Bonifraterska Street. The St. John of God church.
The church started to be built in the year 1728, and few years later it was consecrated. The hospital building of Knights Hospitallers was also built nearby.
During the Warsaw Uprising the church, the hospital and monastery buildings were all crucial places of the insurgent resistance. They were being defended by the soldiers of three battalions, i.e.: "Zośka", "Parasol" and "Czata 49" till August 25, 1944. On August 23 the church and the monastery were completely damaged. In the ruins c. 300 people lost their lives.
The church was rebuilt between the years 1950-1954. The agreement to rebuilt the hospital was not given so a residential area was built instead.

On the church wall the following plaques can be found:
- commemorating c. 300 patients, doctor and nurses of the hospital who were executed by Germans on August 30, 1944.;
